Throughout my career, I've seen the same challenge over and over again: hardworking young people are looking for opportunities, while employers are struggling to find reliable talent.

The problem is that most employers don't have the time to build relationships with technical schools, trade programs, instructors, and workforce organizations that consistently produce skilled, motivated candidates.
